HOLYKELL Warranty Policy
Ⅰ. Warranty Period
Standard pressure level sensors: 18 months
Economic pressure level sensors: 12 months
Ultrasonic products and other types of products: 12 months
Lifetime paid repair service is available (except those deemed scrap/unrepairable in the 8D report).
Ⅱ. Warranty Coverage
The warranty typically covers product failures due to manufacturing defects or material quality issues, including hardware failures, software faults, and design flaws. Generally, the warranty does not cover:
① Damage due to user error, accidental drops, or collisions.
② Cable damage caused by improper handling during installation.
③ Damage caused by natural disasters (such as floods, earthquakes, frequent lightning surges, static shocks, etc.).
④ Damage due to misuse, accidents, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
⑤ Consumable parts, such as batteries, external seals, labels, heat shrink tubes, plastic filter covers, mounting brackets, etc.
⑥ Normal wear and tear (not affecting the product’s normal use).
⑦ Products beyond the warranty period.

Free Repair: During the warranty period, we offer free repair services for product failures due to manufacturing or material defects.
Free Replacement: If a product cannot be repaired within the warranty period, we may provide a replacement service.
Ⅴ. Extended Warranty
Customers can choose to purchase an extended warranty. The extended warranty must be purchased within the original warranty period and will provide an additional 1 year or longer coverage on top of the standard warranty period.

Lifetime Technical Support Service: We provide free technical support via phone or email. Our support team can assist with installation, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
